Rental Sales Agent (m/f)
Job profile:
Experience in direct contact with clients (face-to-face) of 1 year+
Sales-driven and service oriented personality
Communicative and confident in dealing with clients
German language: very good (alternatively, basic German with very good level of English)
Drivers license and active driver
Responsibilities:
Consulting national and international clients (private and business sector)
Renting of vehicles
Negotiating and closing of rental contracts
Dealing with reservations on the phone and by mail
Selling of additional services
Coordination of the fleet
Dealing with complaints
Other administration tasks (reporting)
What you should know:
You will wear a uniform during your shifts and should pay attention to your outward appearace
You are OK with working on shifts (including on weekends and public holidays)

Job Offer
Contract: 12 months, 6 months probation period
Working hours: Full-time (40 hrs. Per week); Shifts (no night-shifts) depending on working hours of the location; Monday- Sunday, including public holidays
Base-Salary: Down town: 2.100 € / Airport: 1.700 € (gross) per month
Bonus: Depending on performance; Guarantee for first year Down town: 125 € / Airport: 600 € per month gross
On top: extra money for working on Sundays and public holidays
Accommodation: Furnished room (Boarding House, shared flat, or similar); 12 months for free
Travel costs: Free travel for interview in Germany and for start of work in Germany
Relocation: If you want to move into your own flat during the first 12 months of employment the clients pays you 1.000 € plus another 500 € for furniture
Training: 4-days „Get your Basics“ -training at the beginning (how to sell, use the software, etc.)
German language course: free (but during your free-time)
uniform: free, but employee has to clean it
